I'm sure anybody could find out where I live. I am easy to find and open about who I am. Don't worry about me, I am pretty tough, I've had to fight all my life...

and my family, friends and attorney know everything that's going on, so in the event of an extended absence from me, Heidi's would be the first doorstep they stopped on

I read posts by Kimmer on this bb when the whole meat and egg was the big deal. Everyone was seeing who could do more M&E days per week. I had read DANDR, been on another by-the-book bb and realized the Kimmer people were crazy. What they were doing was not Atkins. So I stayed away from LCF.

I came back recently to check recipes, saw the Kimmer thread, and like I said, it's like watching a train wreck. I just can't stop.

Good luck to all of you trying to recover from Kimkins. I like George Stella's analogy of metabolism. Think of it as a furnace. So long as you feed the fire, the fire keeps burning. If you stop feeding the fire, it goes out. Then no matter how much you feed the fire, it won't burn and all that fuel just sits there.

And I hope if the national media picks up this story, it doesn't turn into bad press about legitimate low-carb lifestyles. There is enough mis-information about LC already.
