I really can't as you can tell they are here with the feelers out...however ya gotta understand that it's not that big of a deal, just another lie. Will it be enough to open eyes over there no but it will point to yet another big old bs story of hers. She's a liar a horrible ugly liar and until someone (tippy) realizes it, I'm gonna keep exposing everything she says. Sorry, it's apparently my job now.

I just checked to see if Bambi (the poor blind gril) is still there. She was. I also asked where my e-book is "cause I did not get mine. Asked if it is because I am a newbie.

Tippy said "Well, I cannot say what Kimmer did with the money as we all agreed she could do as she saw fit."
So ...let me get this straight, Tippy, you guys all got together and agreed that Kimmer could do as she saw fit with it, eh? . I'd like to hear what the others who donated money say about that. What if she "saw fit" to buy a new wig or a few #2 specials. You should be demanding receipts. Last edited by anani : 09-18-2007 at 04:42 PM. |

Isn't that called "plagiarizing"? I wonder if she did that to all those great recipes that were posted....

I had never done low carb before. I had no experience. I thought this was how it was done. I didn't research it (very unlike me). I heard people were dropping pounds fast from this plan and they weren't hungry. Not being hungry was like this little miracle. I wanted that. I needed it. I didn't have to struggle not to reach for something off plan. I didn't even think about eating. I had to FORCE myself to eat even when it was stated to only eat when hungry. Somewhere down the line it was being mentioned that you did need to eat even if you weren't hungy in response to people complaining of light headedness, fainting, and other problems. I was already making myself eat because I knew it wasn't healthy not to. I started kimkins and I was over in the beginning. Over in carbs, fats, and calories. I still lost. When my appetite was gone I was struggling to get in food. I looked at the things I was eating and they were full meals but when you broke them down they were lacking in nutrition. I couldn't seem to get enough potassium in my system. I was short of vitamin K. I researched what veggies I could eat that had a high amount of vitamin K but weren't too high in carbs. Spinach. I made sure to eat spinach every day. A cup is like 7 calories and 1 carb and gives you plenty of vitamin K. I was losing. It felt great to finally lose. Then, my hair starting falling out. It didn't come out in clumps but it came out in large amounts. I seemed to shed hair everywhere. When I shampooed my hands were loaded with hair. I could see to my scalp all over the top of my head (I still can, but now the amount I'm losing has slowed some). For anyone with thick, curly, coarse hair you know that's not an easy thing to see. I broke out in dry patches and rashes on my body. I had aches and pains. I was dizzy in the beginning but it was mentioned that was normal. It passed eventually. I started searching the web for cures to what I was experiencing. I upped my calorie and my fat intake. I didn't up my carbs until later. Upping them all was hard mentally but I made myself do it. I knew I wasn't doing kimkins anymore. I read several times that tweaking meant it wasn't kimkins. At this point I didn't care if it was kimkins now or not. I wanted to be healthy. That's what this had been about to start with. I was reading things about metabolism and starvation mode, and a host of other things. I started seeing people being banned. It was happening a lot. People who questioned anything to do with kimmer or the plan.. gone. A few remained and I couldn't figure out why some could and others couldn't speak their minds. The original admins left and when I read their blogs and saw their reasons for leaving and kimmers explanations, they didn't jive. I saw people making posts about health issues and they were rarely being told to go see their doctor. I saw suggestions to lower already low calories. It was a rather slow process but I finally caught on. I wanted to post about what I was going through and what I had found to help with it all but I was sure it wouldn't be allowed. I asked about TOS so I could post and see what others had been doing if they were experiencing what I was and to share what info I had gathered along the way. I never got the chance.

I would really like to know if even Bambi is real. Can someone ask that lady at the Braille Institute if there was a blind Bambi?
Otherwise Kimmer could just claim, well I am not Heidi Diaz so of course there is no record of me volunteering because you don't know who I am. Nobody knows who Kimmer is. I love the e-blurb, especially the part where it says no low-carb foods like sugar-free stuff, then gives a recipe for pancakes made with Davinci Syrup and topped with sugar-free pancake sysrup!!!! Maybe that one was a Kimkins recipe contest runner-up ![]()
