I don't think it's the end quite yet.

But like I said to someone else, we're watching the end of the Titantic movie. Right now all of the levels are starting to fill up and some people have entered the life boats and have left the boat for safety but there are many more still on board holding on for hope, too scared or foolish to leave. But it's going to split soon and then the descent is really going to start. I don't know if that will be the class action lawsuit, ANA suing her, some exposé by some investigative reporter but one of those will finally split this thing wide open.

I noticed that, too. It was never stated that it would be Heidi writing the e-book, was it? So I could see someone volunteering to do it, while also quoting herself

to "help out" in the face of adversity. After all Heidi...I mean Kimmer

is too busy volunteering, organizing fundraisers, meeting with lawyers, and trying to get ready to flee the country...I mean go on vacation to do a little e-book.

Serious question, I was going to find out the dispute process over at Paypal, but I did a history search of my account & could not FIND the payment -- I joined after the WW article. I had to dispute a Paypal charge once on an Ebay purchase. I went directly through my credit card company, and I got the charge removed. I didn't even bother trying to go through Paypal. Check your credit card statement. If you no longer have it, you can go online to your credit card site and review your past charges. You can then contact your credit card company at the phone number listed on the back of your charge card.

I didn't get one either. The only guess I have is we signed on after she had stopped promising it. I know there wasn't anything about an e-book when I signed on.

Perhaps they just don't want their institute associated with a fraud? Their legal department may not be able to have her criminally charged (I doubt it's illegal to pretend you volunteer somewhere), but they could issue a cease & desist and if she doesn't comply, take her to civil court for using their name fraudulently to lend credibility to herself and her site. Just a thought....

The Braille Institute does NOT want to be associated with the diet plan in any way. To mention them on the site is a problem for them since a) it seems this nutjob is pretending to have been a volunteer giving her further credibility with her "followers" b)it's a lie. The legal department is interested in it because if it's a lie it's coming down. Now, in 2-3 days go back and read that, and I'll bet you Boujies checks that either the testimonial is gone or the reference to the Braille Inst. is gone

This is just more proof that she's a liar. And more proof that folks who don't believe us are um...misguided to say the least.

My take...which doesn't mean much..

Nope Honey you nailed it. That's exactly the reason. I just love that they were so upset about it. Of course telling that story to ANYONE who hasn't watched it unfold sounds rather odd, until you provide the proof. I thought I was pitching a movie deal when it was all done. I mean the only thing left are babies and animals.

Next she will be setting up a daycare along with running an underground dog fighting circuit...
