Now if Heidi hadn't gone on Jimmy's podcast claiming her excuse for the lack of an e-book was because she wanted to take her time and make it perfect, etc. then maybe this joke might be plausible. But c'mon now. It took you over a year to come up with that bunk?!? Has she ever read a book before to remember that it's longer than an indepth e-mail advertisement?
What she's done is just insulting. She would have been better off doing nothing, which is her normal mode of operations, than to put this out as an e-book. It's not even a pamphlet since it tell you absolutely nothing of use.

Ham & Egg Skillet

2 eggs, well beaten
2 oz lean ham, minced
2 mushrooms, sliced
1 green onion, minced
1 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Spray nonstick skillet with nonstick spray. Add ham, mushrooms and onion, sauté on low until tender. Add eggs and cook until set, stirring constantly. Transfer to a warm plate, sprinkle with cheese and serve!
