So Margaret took it upon herself to search for our dear Heidi in her system, under 3 different names and the last known addresses. Can you guess what she determined?

I'll give you 2 guesses and the first one doesn't count.

Btw...Boujie owes me a month of paychecks.
I'm shocked....NOT! Thanks Missi, you're wonderful...

Kimmer, your story is very inspiring, thanks for sharing. Are your stats correct, you weigh 119? At 5'6' there must be nothing to you, that is amazing for 46 years old. Do you have any recent pics posted anywhere, I would love to see more of what you've done!

Kimmer:
Lisa, no, actually I'm not overly thin ... a size 4. Actually, I'd rather be an 8, but I can't finagle my carbs the right way to get it. I also have all new clothes and don't want to have to replace yet another wardrobe!

Notice....back then no response about pics
This is the TRUE way she should have responded:

Kimmer:
Lisa, no, actually I'm not overly thin ... a size 34. Actually, I'd rather be an 8, but I can't stop eating carbs right now to get it. I also have all new size 34 clothes and don't want to have to replace yet another wardrobe! I am really a pathological liar and just want to make you all feel bad at your cost."

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Heidi Diaz has legally changed her first name in an effort to avoid lawsuits pending against her and her company, kimkins. Ms. Diaz stated that she KNOWS all the legal ins and outs, as she knows everything else, and with the name change she is certain no one will ever find her and she will never be brought to justice.

Her new first name? Hidey

Also, it has been concretely proven by a private investigator that Ms. Diaz is not a complete liar. She has stated on several occasions that to achieve and maintain her current weight has required no exercise on her part whatsoever. I think we can all now agree that that is obviously true.

(Just a little humor to lighten the mood a little.)

I think the only time it (the braille institue) has been mentioned was in a member's success story on the kimkins site, that I can recall.

I have the link but I didn't know if I could post it????
Here is the excerpt from Bambi's success story:

I found myself feeling sad and down. I thought why did it have to happen to me? Eventually enough was enough! Kimmer is a volunteer at the Braille Institute where I was learning to read all over again. I'd talk to her about life and my situation and the scary panic attacks I'd get just for not knowing what the future would hold for me.

What Happened?

I leave you guys alone for one day and I hear we're getting sued? Ordinarily I'd have something to say, but I'm sure our attorney would prefer I not "help" him, LOL.

The anti-Kimmer will do what they have always done (I do make friends easily, don't I?) We will continue to do what we do. Bottom line is that we are here to stay and the forums are permanent.

I'll leave this thread here for today, then I'm moving it to Kimkins Chatter. For every 1 member who wants todiscuss details, we get 10 member PMs for "we don't want to hear about it." Democracy in action.

Heh-Heh-Heh interesting it's PM's ...hummm.... Heidi where is that bridge you want to sell me?

I'm so glad you are here. I read your journal and I am so proud of you for sharing. You had intimated that things weren't "right" and I was so sad to read the whole story. You are strong, smart and determined. I have no doubt you will be fine.

I applaud your editorial work at KK. Considering a similar option.

If someone hasn't done it already, a screenshot of the Bambi success story is in order - it may go poofy sometime soon now that it's in the cross hairs of investigation!

I remember reading that success story and thinking that was not the same woman. And is it me, or is the before very -- ah hem -- chesty? Even if you lost that much weight, I would think your bust would be larger than it is in the after picture. Just something I noticed when I read the story originally.

Ya know - it might be worth 60 bucks just to get into Kimkins to post the laundry list of all the investigations that are being conducted........I wonder what the world record is for the fastest banning in Kimkins history?

You guys are funny!

Well my final email just went out,, I was trying to get a little more info, cuz again I'm trying to work and do this today and me brain is fried. However, I believe they have all they need at this time. It seems that they do not find this funny at all. I agree with them. I think Margaret is awesome and I'm glad she was willing to help.

But seriously I did that so Boujie would have to pay me a month of paychecks!

What are they not happy about? That Kimmer is claiming to volunteer there when she doesn't? Or that she is using their name in a probably fake before after story? Or is there no Bambi?

I am just curious about which part they are getting their legal team on.

Unbelievable!

If you haven't already disputed your 60.00 membership charge, do it!

I could be mistaken, but I think I heard somewhere that when a charge is disputed, and the credit card company decides the claim is justified, not only will the claimant get their money back, BUT the company (in this case, Kimkins) has to pay an additional fee - something like 25.00 to cover the cost of the investigation.

So, for every membership that is disputed, if she has to refund the money, it's going to cost her more money on top of that.

Just a thought.
