Yeah well it's quite entertaining to watch the stories she comes up with. I enjoy them very much.

With no response from Kimmer, or Public Relations Execs at Kimkins, they must be snuggled in wearing their *I've gone K-WOL* 'Kimmerwear'.

Which makes me wonder....

Has anyone thought about orchestrating these good intentions/energies into a legitimate campagne/fundraiser? I feel that after the first botched gesture, something could be funneled to the Foster Care system, or some other worthy non-for-profit venue.

I am involved with a program called Voices for Children in St. Louis, but there are literally thousands of organizations that deal with Foster Care kids. I'm sure there is a similar program in California.

Hey girlie! Yes it's me. Oh lordy. Some "bad behavior" apparently. I put links to some blogs (Deni's, Christin's, Becky's) in my signature. Then posted around the site. Very positive and supportive posts mind you! And I also edited some of my journal posts and put the same information in. My journal was deleted. I did what I could but I did get smacked for it.

I've been thinking these last few days how very like the Nazi regime the Kimpire sounds. Anyone who even hints lack of support suddenly "disappears." At least she can't literally kill them, though her diet may eventually. But the philosophy of 'rule by fear' and paint the empire as the Garden of Eden is really frightening. It's so often the case that you give a person a little power and it goes to their head, turning them into a control freak.

went over there to check out some of the thread I commented on. One thread was the Kimmer Chatter thread where I thought we were "allowed" to make our comments about the controversy. Like I said earlier, one of my comments was deleted but one remained (guess it wasn't controversal enough). However, there was an Amin who commented and said "did you pay $60", "did you lose weight"..blah, blah, blah..."If you don't like it here you don't have to come here" and "If I could ban you I would"....so I guess only SingingL and Tippy (maybe) can ban? Anyway...kinda made me mad so I went back and added the 3Fat Chicks to my siggy...hopefully some ladies will see it before they figure it out.

I don't know if that is in violation of the TOS or not. I think we should be able to put whatever we like in our siggys. Like someone said...they don't have to click on the links. I just hope those that "survive" the Kimkins WOE come here eventually and use the support here to repair the damage. So many are in denial that nothing is happening to them...so sad. You just want to reach out into that site and grab them by the neck and pull them over here. And so many will not see any damage for a long time. I am also sad that the diet does work but is not healthy....hence the controversy. I know we all want quick weight loss. If it is too good to be true, it probably is......

This is ridiculous but sadly not shocking. You have someone who's clearly hurt by everything that's been going on and instead of showing even the tiniest bit of empathy, she bans her. Is that how she shows support for her members? It's as if there's a lump of coal or a jagged piece of ice where Heidi's heart should be.

May I just ask if this is the "positive change" the PR director for Kimkins was refering to? Banning people in need of help. Wow that's an amazing positive change there.

Just an update as well. The bbb site still has the same "review" from the PR director stating that she owes it ALL to Kimkins.COM. Hmmmmm?

Actually, as long as she keeps her spine straight (as she 's doing) she likely doesn't have too much difficulty with that position. Part of her rehab would have been to learn to squat and get off the floor safely.

I am not sure how that makes Kimmer more endearing to the other members that stick around. I just can't understand that move on her part.....Certainly, the other members don't feel that poor girl was an anti-kimkins or some mole with another agenda like they paint everyone else to be who asks questions.....Can they?

hey, "agentalfawn" is now on Jimmy's discussion site. She is the one who started the KIMMER, The Saint, The Legend! thread. Think she is a mole? And they talk about us!! I sent her a message over there and told her she was the one that was praising K so much and asked if she has changed her mind. Wonder if she will answer. She is suppose to be very outspoken.

So great to see so many here & all the great people who started this whole thing. No I'm not banned yet, but I just had to post to that thread Katinsac is talking about, so I'm sure that it will 'disappear' in a blink & I'll be booted!

The poor woman who wrote the semi-suicidal post & got that crap response from Kimmer -- well she gave me her e-mail & I've written her twice & pm'd her 3 times, but no word. . . I don't know if she's banned. . . I hope not, I hope she's ok. I'll write her again, I just don't want to bug her or scare her.

We hear this a lot! People who don't care about the nutritional issues, the theft and fraud by the founder, the damage experienced by long time Kimkins followers...hair loss, thyroid issues, gall bladder damage...how the constant group pressure for lower calories and lower fat has triggered eating disorders in vulnerable members. As long as it worked FOR THEM...there is no concern and care for the destruction and pain suffered by others.

Yet another thing that makes me go Hummmm.
