I too have cycled Kimkins with Atkins. Had good luck with that. In fact, a lot of people here are wanting cycle info. Perhaps you can help with that?

Great tippy another great idea would be to point those folks to the FREE website that you learned your cycle info on eh? Free enterprise my butt!

Easier said than done. Kimmer/Heidi has a funny way of ignoring you, when she doesn't want to answer. She has been asked before to produce the member and specific complaint, and hasn't responded.[quote=shelby7851;9240

I forgot to mention that I hadn't posted in awhile due to health problems, and shame for not losing as fast as "Kimmer" thought I should. So, she's be hard pressed to show me any posts that had offended.

Well then that would make it all an even bigger rip off of Atkins being as she has been promoting her success with her own "original" plan!

eta: in fact, she couldn't legally promote the Atkins plan on a site like that without permission from the Atkins reps themselves, right?
