I have a question about the K/E kimkin's diet

Ok I work mornings as a cashier at burger king and I don't eat in the mornings and it gets into the afternoons i start to get hunger and "I know alot of you probably go to burger king and you know the chicken patty they use for the tendergrill sandwich" I was wondering if i could eat the boneless chicken that burger king sells with out the bread i just want the chicken patty. I'm asking because i'm always at work so most of the time i just eat food at work. I was really doing good with my weight before i started back working there so anybody plz i need help i can't afford to gain anymore weight.

I agree that it doesn't look too bad. Watch out for that sodium, though. It could cause you to retain water. On the days you have the chicken, be careful with the amount of sodium in your other meals. Make sure you're drinking enough water. Not too much, mind you, just enough.
