Anyone up for K/E 8/6-8/9?

Ugh--I had a gross weekend and am planning on doing strict K/E to get back into ketosis ASAP. Anyone with me?

Hi everyone. This is my third day of the K/E. I think i am doing it right. I am eating just meat and eggs, lean meat for the most part. I am new to this way of eating but I can tell a difference in my stomach today. It seems flatter. I am so carbed up that I am going to do K/E until Friday then add veggies over the wkend.

How is everyone doing?

ErinBee, I see you started out at 200lbs. How long did it take you to lose the weight? I would love to get down to 125. I am aiming for 140 right now, to start. Did you lose the weight doing low carbs? I love to read the stories so if you want too, can you let me know how you did it.

Congrats to the LOSERS!

OLFA, I didn't have any problems in the bathroom department but a week sure is a long time. You might want to take something for some relief. What plan were you following before K/E?

...I know...I think you misunderstood my comment, I meant I needed to change the fact that I was eating high fat stuff.

I did by being very strict and determined...exercising, free meals, very stict on my clean days. It look me like different times, I did it in chunks...not like all at once. I did it with very low carb, low fat..no salt and free meals every 4days.

It just dawned on me that I had 2 tablespoons of coconut oil this am, so that is prob why my belly is bothering me now. Before I started kimkins, I was really just watching what I eat, and trying to keep it low cal.. Last week I was having fine bm's and I was doing k/e, but this weekend was not so great, when I was away visiting my mother and sister. but before last week I had done the master cleanse for 5 days...
((keeping my fingers crossed that the scale will move once i move hehehe))
