Happy Monday:How are you doing?

How is everyone doing with their program?

How was the weekend for everyone?

It was a close call for me. I traveled out of state on Saturday but had some tuna cups with me which helped a lot.

Keep up the good work!

Hello Marlad3672....I made it through another weekend with the blessings of the Lord......I did not lose any weight over the weekend but I know that some inches are gone from around the waist......What are tuna cups?......I am always looking for new ideas.....I wish you much success with reaching your goal.

Contrats Sails92! Tuna cups are little cups that contain pre drained tuna. Chicken of the Sea produces them. It is fairly new to the market. It is a life saver when I am hungry and can't find a thing to eat!
