Hiya - I can relate to an extent.

I'd like advice too..
I'm 112pounds and looking lose inches more than actual numbers really...
esp inches around my flabby arms/tum.

How much "success" can i have on a combo of kimkins and M/E fast in a period of a month?

Many thanks.

Is 94 lbs a healthy weight for someone who is 5'4"?

You have a BMI of 18, so you aren't normal...you're underweight.

Why would you want to be 95 lbs? You are below normal weight already.

I m not on expert but I would think that any weight you lost might be muscle. My husband is 5'8 and weighs 185. He looks verry overweight because he carries it all in his belly and face. His legs are really thin. He started lefting weights and has been able to balance things out. When he looses weight he seems to loose it from the already thin places. Its up to you what you want to weigh so here is what I think might help you.
Instaed of getting a lower number on the scale why dont you build muscle. I dont mean extra cardo, I mean weights to tone what ever area you think is to thick. You will feal better about the area , lose the inches that you want but not deprive your body of anything. Its just a thought.
I hope I have helped.

This is an excellent idea! You'll really tone your body and look slimmer. I suggest checking out the Muscle Matters board here on LCF!

Already you're below normal weight, so I'm certainly not going to write in support of you becoming unhealthily emaciated. If you're unhappy with your degree of fitness, kbetz had an excellent suggestion in strength training. I am sure the Muscle Matters gang will be able to steer you towards a good nutritional regimen to be on as you get stronger. You will have to properly fuel your body because of the weight training.
