I doubt it will stall you. Is it one tablet a day? I have a bottle of Flintstone chewable vitamins here that a friend left when she was visiting, and I'm planning to use them myself so they don't go to waste!

With less than 1g of carbohydrate, that's doubtful.

I know what Sucrose is. I figure it was Splenda. Isn't that was Splenda is made of?

I can't take any other vitamin than children's chewable, it is better than taking nothing in my opinion. Not gonna do a thing I bet, keep taking it I'd say.

I am thankful to all who have answered.

I will continue to take it because alot of the foods we eat has a least 1 Sugar and it does not hurt us. String Beans, Low Carb Katchup .. 4.oz Romaine lettuce has 1.4 sugar. I will hope for the best.

I do wish they made smaller Vitamins. If any one knows of any.. Do Tell. Small like Advil.

Have you looked in your pharmacy for a pill cutter? Pharmacies carry them for people who need to cut thier pills. My ex bf had one when he was taking viagra.

You could cut the centrum in half and take one half at a time.

In addition to the sucrose, dextrose and glucose I noticed it also has iron. Dr. A recommends a multi without iron as we typically get plenty of iron while doing Atkins and too much iron can be a bad thing.

Have you thought about a liquid multi vitamin?
