What Stalls you?
I thought we could make a list of things that stall people. Me being a newbie to LC, I have no clue and I would love to know other people's experiences. TIA!

Caffeine, cheese (cottage cheese, etc.), nuts, cream (sour cream, half-and-half, heavy cream, etc.), excess vegetables.. my body is one of the pickier ones, I think.
However, it does allow me to ingest liberal amounts of either Splenda or Equal in diet soda or flavored water and doesn't get thrown out of ketosis. |

No, I find if I consume to much sodium or to much red meat, I slow down. I had this problem a few years ago so I am carefull now to limit it. |
