July 4th

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July! I know there will be a lot of cookouts going on. Happy eating everyone and let us try and stick to the plan or should I say let us all stick to the plan.

Happy 4th of July to you as well......My husband will BBQ tomorrow in the yard.....But since I am doing the M/E challenge I will have him put on some turkey sausage and burgers for me and my side dish will be eggs only.....I guess will not miss out on all of the fun entirely - LOL
