July 3rd kimkins exercise thread
Hi everyone!
So, today is another day and another chance to get some exercise in! Who's with me today? I'm going to be doing a 60 minute hard cardio session with my trainer today, and a 15 minute stretching session afterwards. Let me hear about your exercise plans, come post here and motivate! ![]() |

I just got back from 45 minutes of power walking. My MP3 player really helps me keep up the pace!
Now I am going to clear out my storage closet. That totally counts as a work-out right? ![]() Later, once night falls and the temperature drops, I will be going for another 45 minute walk. I always feel great on days I work out! ![]() |

Hey Mimosa23,
I am always ready for exercise. I use to not like it, but with the encouragement that I get from the women in my aerobic classes, just keep me motivated. Today's regime: 2 mile walk /strength training / 8min ab workout |

I did 30 minutes of pumping iron this morning, and will try and run 3-5 miles tonight.
These threads are a great idea. ![]() |

I did some exercise in the pool this a.m. while giving my son swim lessons. I will try and do the bike tonight....my butt may have something else to say about that though.

My interval aerobic class was cancelled because of the holiday but the gym was still open. So I just worked out on the machines. Here was today's workout schedule:
Bicycle - 1.5hrs (6.5 miles) Two rotations on weight circuit |
