Why the fascination with Kimmer?

Um, so Cheryl didn't violate terms of service? (obviously WE dont think she did)... what did Cheryl do differently than the other posters who were refused refunds.

Just posting to tell you that we doubt Kimmer’s identity here in Europe too.

I’ve done her plan – lost and regained the same 10 pounds several times (quick loss – quick gain, yo-yo ing for a year or so)
I even promote her plan to my friends here. Well, we truly admired and believed in her. Up until that picture in the red dress...
Now we, as you all, holding our breaths for things to clear up – we’re even ready to come up to us or invite her to paris – just to see who she is...

Cheryl got there first......LOL....No, they were probably given to shut them up basically and now that more people are catching on the TOS is being changed by the minute to cover her butt so she doesn't have to give anymore refunds.

It's not at all about $60 either. I'm not going to miss that one way or the other. It really about feeling defrauded. I do not know how people can live with themselves. I'm not critical of the meal plan, but there is just no reason to doctor photos like that. I'm sure that there are lots of people who have lost weight with her plan who can supply beautiful photos of their success. There is no reason for deceit unless you have something to hide. I will also never buy another WW either.

Allie, We haven't heard of any refused refunds until today.

Others...She read their PM's on her site and banned them for questioning her in those. She refunded their money.

Cheryl, here? Her eyes were opened and she realized what was really going on and was going to ask her hubby if there could be a lawsuit. She posted that in a thread here.

Kimmer read that here and banned her over there making a snide comment about a lawsuit and refunded her money.

I'm a kimkins member and I checked the TOS last week b/c I had a feeling people were going to be banned sooner or later. I was specifically looking for something about cancelling or banning and didn't find anything. Unfortunately I didn't copy the version from last week but I'm pretty sure this paragraph is new.

Even worse, being banned for trying to figure things out in PM's! Not anywhere public at all... There was no reason for her to go in and read them, because she was givin no reason to even think anything 'might' be going on...

In an eBay listing that was listed Jul-08-07 13:06:02 PDT for 30 days, the following "chart" is posted, and if you'll note the first "advantage" to Kimkins it says Direct Access to Diet Founder.

No I wasn't an affiliate (don't even know what that is or how I could become one).... I never asked for my money back and then all of a sudden I tried to sign into her website and my password was denied. Then I went into my Yahoo e-mail account and there was a message from Kimmer asking for my paypal account #. I really think she was reading all of these responses and came across mine about the "lawsuit" which was just joking around. All I was doing was responding to an earlier post about getting an attorney.

I am so sorry for all of you that are being denied a refund. If it were me I sure would be raising holy heck especially if you just became a member recently. I can't figure out why she isn't refunding your money.

I think that anyone who paid via Paypal should inundate Paypal with complaints. That will go on her record and appear in the "negative" column.
I'd spend all my spare time making sure everyone knows what a hypocrite she is and how she misrepresented herself. That is stealing in my book.
Too bad you can't notify the FTC...

Why do they call them "private" messages? How on earth can she be invading people's private messages to one another? Where's her policy on that? Is she that paranoid?

What I would do is start up posts on her site demanding my money back and let everyone else know to come to LCF to check out this post. Those poor people are being scammed.
