Actually, the bottom one does look like a before and after to me, just in reverse. I know that sounds mean, and I don't mean it to...JMO

Incidentally, when I smile I CANNOT show my teeth. If I do it looks like i'm grimacing. If you look at the original kimmer photo and the red dress, you'll notice red dress doesn't show her teeth. (granted the blue one doesn't either, but she wasn't exactly smiling then).

I just don't understand why, in the face of all of this, she's not coming out and proving us all wrong. If it was me I'd revel in the whole "suck it up losers look at me, see I am real"

Look at his ears. This is not the same guy, that is unless he had his ears pinned, then had them unpinned after he lost all the weight on kimkins!

Ya know, what I want to know is - how did she get people to go along with her scam? Clearly they didn't think it would rake in the kind of dough it has in the beginning when they were compiling these fake before and after pics. One person pulling a scam is one thing - but I always wonder how they get someone else to go along with them? And, obviously, she got a few someone elses to go along with her. I mean, in my head I know it's money and that is why they went along with it. But really, they would have no way of knowing it would be so profitable, so why risk it and put their reputations on the line for a few bucks?

We have to consider the fact that these could be 'stock' photos as well.

I had a friend who was and actor/model/waiter. I was so surprised one day to open a magazine and see him in an insurance ad. Upon calling to congratulate him, he informed me that he had done stock photos years ago and was paid for the shoot, but had no idea where the pictures ended up. Companies just browse portfolios and buy them, I guess.

Oh yeah, one more thing. Kimmer used to have the red dress girl as her avatar, but she recently changed it to a pic of sand on the beach that reads "No excuses". Someone asked why she changed it because they really liked the red dress pic. Kimmer answered the other questions that poster asked but not the avatar question. Pretty soon, that pic will probably be gone from the landing page as well.

This whole thing is beginning to make me sick. I am one of the schmucks who paid $60 after the ww article. I've been looking at all of the pictures again. I notice how many of these pictures appear to be professionally done. Most before and after pics do not look like that. AND they are so obviously not the same people in the VAST majority of them.

I'm also really bothered by the interview with this Jimmy fellow, whom I had never heard of before. He tells her that she looks fantastic at the interview, and he's never even SEEN her!!

So how might I get a refund...my dh isn't a lawyer, but one of my best friends is. My screen name is mommyto3 on her board. I can't find anyway to contact them except on the technical support board.

Honestly, I don't think the diet persay is a scam in that IF (and it's a big if) you can stick to it and not pass out, it will work. That was why she could get people to go along with her story (WW etc).

It only unravelled when the fake photos and inconsistencies came about. I mean if the reason she didn't put up photos or want to meet is because she's can't stick to her own diet regime, then so what. Her mistake was putting a fake photo on and saying it was her.

I dare say if this is the case, that she couldn't stick to her own diet that she just got so much pressure to show her face that she started with the fake photos and it's just snowballed from there.
