She ignores a lot of people on her 'ask' thread too.

Yes they do if they'd just meander over here and check it out. But the ones left seem to think it's ok that there's a con artist among them. And that's sad. I wish all of them could understand what's going on. But you can't win everytime.

Court Appointed Special Advocates, a nonprofit group, seeks volunteers to work with abused, neglected and abandoned foster children in the court system.

Volunteers do not need previous court experience, but background checks and training are required.

Kind of like a Big Brother Program. They are not paid all are volunteers and Foster kids do not live with them. A few of my kids had CASA's (2 I think) the rest did not.

CASA = Court Appointed Special Advocate.

The Foster Care Ombudsman’s office in California was apparently questioned about whether she has foster kids (Kimkins Dangers and Ducky) and they were told she didn't and hadn't in years.

CASA (Barbara Hofman) said she's not CASA and hadn't been for year.

Take it for what it's worth - Heidi will say anything she thinks will garner support, sympathy and most importantly MONEY going her way.,

I've been in deep ketosis for 4 days now. I don't measure or enter things into fitday, but yesterday I ate:
B-1 bowl egg drop soup w/green onions and o net carb tofu
L-1 bowl egg drop soup and 1/2 can dry tuna
S-1/2 can dry tuna
D-1 medium slice vegetable and flax seed turkey meat loaf

Of course you were down 2 lbs, what did you expect? Menu looks great!

Cutie and KimATC, just wanted to give you a because after reading to page 17 of 'ask k' thread I realize how she had you holding down the fort an awful lot.
All the time claiming she had to get her licence renewed( by the way, it comes in the mail even when you are over 40) or when her computer would stop working.

I'm just up to this post in my daily catchup reading. I suggested way back when that the foster kids were real, just maybe not hers. And if she lied to everyone else, who's to say she wasn't lying to her ex-DiL? Or for that matter, maybe they weren't OFFICIAL foster kids, but were just stashed at her place while their parents figured something out. Or until they were 18 and booted out on their own. Possibly the P.I. pix were of her NEW place, once the fosters were gone. Scam artists do tend to move around.

ty i would take over a couple days at a time when she wanted a break but i don't think i realized how pulled into it i really was until she flounced out of here "for good" and told the admins to have me take over her thread.

now over on her site, lots of people stepped in to help answer questions on the "ask kimmer" thread when she was MIA so it wasn't as overwhelming for any one "volunteer" (and they got better answers too ...well, at first anyway...later things took a scary turn as the PBTP took over. )

I know this was posted a couple hundred ago, but it made me laugh. I have to say that I have never been out to dinner and had a photo taken of me that has a backdrop and looks like professional photography. It looks so staged. Couldn't she have made up a better lie than that, or come up with a picture that looked natural, like someone going out with friends?

My best guess is she did lose weight... from 288 to 150-160. One of the court documents someone found said her weight was 160. So she likely lost that via the Bypass she had, but quickly gained it back and didn't reach over 300 until the last few years. Just reading between the lines with that paragraph. So her weights might not be a lie just the 300+ is NOW and the 118 was when she was like 12.
