Well, I posted a comment on the Ducky board asking him if this was the famous 8 day countdown..

He answered with saying to be patient and much of what he has anticipated is coming to fruitation this week..Hmmmm????

I guess, we will stay tuned, huh?

I think that is a great point, lovelylady. If someone posted a fake picture and claimed it was me, the first thing I'd do is PROTEST as loud as possible and post a real picture of me. The lack of response to the picture is truely damning.

Well, it's not like she can really say it's not her - especially now knowing that PI's are on her tail.....the no response to it though, IMO, is very telling - no denial speaks volumes!

All I am saying is that there is a CONSTITUTIONAL process here in the United States and if a crime is suspected of being comitted, then the suspect is not deemed guilty until proven guilty by a jury in a case presided over by a judge. That is the law. Isn't that what we are talking about here--breaking the LAW? Isn't that why a petition is being circulated? Let the LAW take care of it. That is why we have laws. Has ANYONE contacted the Corona or Riverside police about a suspected scam operation? IMHO a lot of money could have been saved on the private investigator if the police has just been called.

Seriously, what can she say to defend the fact that the car is registered to HER the receipt in the trash can was from kimkins and the fact that the only two people living in the house are HER and HER son. It'd be pretty hard for her to come up with a lie to cover all those points. The PI has nothing to gain from exposing Heidi, he's just doing the job he was paid for he could probably care less about kimmer, kimkins or any of us. It's his job and he did it.

And I agree - so the caps and the bolding is unnecessary as to me. However, it is still nothing like lynching, which is a delicate subject, and one best left out of the conversation since it is completely irrelevant and not at all analogous.

I don't understand what her motive was when she was still here at LCF.

According to Slamboard, she was approached by Catherine, so you can assume that she didn't come up with the idea of starting a website herself, or she would have done it before then. One has to wonder--what was her motivation to spend so much time HERE, for free, doling out advice on a diet that clearly didn't work very well for her? I'm wondering if she really DID lose the weight and then gained it all back (like many people do!)......since there was money involved, she just continued with the site, without any concerns that she wasn't a really good ambassador....

That definitely IS her in the surveillance photos....those are the only photos that actually LOOK like her before photo....

I think her motive was to gain prospective new clients from here and lure them over to her new site to start her Kimkins site. Like getting followers to come over and sign up with her.

TO me this is FRAUD, I am sure people are going to attempt to sue her for things, or get their money back etc.

It wasn't "on" MSNBC. Someone just posted on the forum there about the kimkins rip off. There were no comments made in return last I looked.

We wish Dateline would cover it!
