Public records are wonderful. I have been reading interesting stuff including her stating that she IS collecting disability. Its in her own "hand writting" and on a legal form. Hmmmm this is getting good.

Good hint losingtolive. Just some more clarification. First of all, on page 280 there is an email for Dateline. Send them an email if ya want. It can't hurt.

With regard to them taking her business, unless she has put it all in Brandons name, which is likely at this piont they can maybe take some of her stuff....however, again, the only thing they will take is "REAL" property, "home, car, bank account." We all know she's a scammer, so we know that it's likely she has buried her assets so that they can't be touched...remember she made the comment she's "judgment proof"

Still interesting to watch it unfold.

You only need a bank account to verify, and it could have 5 cents in it, I think. You can have a debit card for paypal and spend the money that way, not necessarily sending to the bank. She could have opened the paypal with the bank info, and closed the account.

Ok kidding, you could be right. It will be interesting to see what happens. At least enough stuff has been brought to light that if a 14 yr old girl is looking into this she won't continue to give stupid advice. So we can all be happy about that.

By posting all the stuff about the writ of execution, you have probably alerted her that they were about to raid her bank accounts. I sure hope not. It would be a shame if her student lenders were so close to getting their money and now won't get it. I think the government guarantees the loans and so the taxpayers will have to foot the bill.

Ok keep in mind we aren't dealing with idiots here. This isn't something where they are just gonna try to get the money and not check an see if money wasn't recently pulled out of her account. They will do a full check of her assets. Also the writ was last Monday, theoretically it has already happened....and we won't know about it.

Until Cathrine was banned, the paypal was in her name.. Actually even for a while after that.. When I was banned, the paypal name was still in her name, and that was after Catherine was gone for a while...

It wasn't long after my banning that it was put in Heidi's name...

May be true, but there is sure a paper trail through Paypal, once these types of institutions get ahold of you, you won't be able to run fast enough. I am sure they will keep their eye on her mode of living, and spending habits.

I think they have to get the writ of execution from a judge and then the sherrif takes it to the banks. It usually takes them a couple of weeks to take the writ to the banks. I have had to do collection work for my business and that is how it usually works.

On a different note- Heidi K. Diaz is divorced. I wonder why her ex-husband Hector is not speaking out and producing pictures?

Mac, that's not usually the case. Not sure what you've had to do and or to what degree..but when the writ is issued the authorities at that time begin the seizure. It's usually the same day. Just telling you what I've seen.

Hey guys, I think we're crossing a very thick line when we invade the privacy of an EX-husband, who likely doesn't have a clue. That smacks of the same kind of sensationalism that we decry when the media stick mikes in the faces of neighbours for their reactions after an incident.

I am sure once that Writ is executed, they don't mess around, otherwise people would be doing things to get rid of their stuff, money, etc.

You know..if she has all that money from her website, she needs to pay up and shut up..and not bilk the government or the student loan people, who loaned her money in good faith..Grrr..

Smp I agree with you which is why I didn't post his number...I was just asking if anyone had done that yet...but I edited the post as to not upset anyone. However couldn't all of the naysaying be solved by contacting that person since I'm sure an ex would have the needed info.

Uh oh...not to argue or anything but I think the main thought behind this is if you put yourself in the public light you are "fair game" so to speak. Meaning she is promoting and profitting off of her "diet" but not doing anything during this time to back it up.

Some wanna know what she looks like, others just want to make sure that her info is not given to the wrong person potentially harming that person. I could care less what she looks like because I thought the diet was extreme in the beginning...but I would like to make sure that if a girl googles this diet she finds all of this info in the meantime. Sorry if I upset you...it was not my intention.

I just tried to google how this writ thing is done in California and it looks like you get a writ of execution signed by the judge and take it to the Sherrif's office. You can get the writ without knowing what property they have or where it is. It looks like you have to have all the info about the accounts for the Sherrif. If you don't, they won't take the accounts. They writ is good for 180 days so you can look up the info or try and find it out in the meantime.

Thanks for your concern, Missis. Actually, I just don't want this thread shut down for promoting the wrong things.

It has been very useful, and now as it seems to be winding down, I think I can safely say that we have a very good idea of what Heidi Diaz looks like - she is a quite hefty +/- 50-yr-old, brunette, with health problems. And now, legal problems!

Moreover, her detractors are all over the place, and any girl Googling her WILL get the message that she isn't genuine, and her diet is dangerous. But there are still a couple possible surprise answers to her mystery that all we amateur detectives would like to uncover. You might say, it's on the last page.

Just a thought. Notice the person who started this thread is a junior member (meaning newly registered) and does not continue to post? Notice so many junior members coming in now? It is easy to assume they are from Kimkins site BUT I wonder about the truth in that assumption for many reasons. One, I recall Catherine telling X LCF members how easily identity can change so they could come back without admins knowing it was them... Cutie--remember that? Two, I notice the junior members seem computer savvy enough to post info and pics I would not have a clue about myself...

Now I am not saying every single junior member here is ficticious. But I think many may be. Tom, can you check out this possibility?

Is it possible this whole thing has been created by the ex biz partner, who is clearly mad as heck? Also, keep in mind it is the same creator of slamboards and...perhaps Ducky? Oddly enough, Catherine admits it was her idea to start a website for Kimkins--not Kimmers. So I don't think Kimmer spent countless hours here plotting but I think Catherine did. Also, Catherine just thought Kimkins was a wonderful plan and fully endorsed and followed it, according to her. Until the partnership disolved, that is.

And the Kimkins survivors blogs... Are they real? How do we know? And the 14 year old--was that real?

The threats to anyone who is a moderator for her site--threats of fraud and lawsuits... A bully tactic for sure to intimidate them into walking out. The claims of KimATC being 50 lbs over weight...How rude was that, asking her how that Kimkins diet was working out? In fact, that statement points that Kimkins doesn't work and we have established it does. We all have weight problems which is why we diet. The pressure is on--but by whom?

The reasons seem pretty obvious.

Don't get me wrong. I KNOW there are some of those people here in a genuine manner. I know a couple of you from her site and I know you had concerns (even if you are ALL at goal now thanks to her diet). I do not agree with cutting calories further in the event of a stall either. But perhaps Kimmer was in the learning process herself and it was a bad decision, or mistake. And maybe Kimmer did gain weight back and won't tell. Take a good look around this site. How many people have gained their weight back and refuse to remove the skinny avitor pics and change stats accordingly? I think many of us are guilty for that.

Are we all puppets on a string being manipulated by a raging X partner?
