WOW the difference in the pictures is laughable. Look at the one of her sitting on the chair, she has the face and "look" of a woman in her late 40's. I would place the age around 45-50. 48 would be my exact guess.

Then take the woman in the red dress. This woman is significantly younger. I would place her between 30-35. I would say 33 would be her age.

And then of course there is the fact that the faces don't even have the same features. The lady in the red dress looks more like Christina Ricci than the woman she is imitating!

Yeah if a 200lb woman walked for 2 miles she would aerobically burn 175 calories BUT anaerobically she would lose 175 calories for the hour following the workout and incrementally for many hours after. A 2 mile walk could yield a caloric loss of 700 calories.

The 2 myspace sites are hers.. The one that says her age as 47 is her, the other was set up by a member and 'current' confident of hers {till she has no use for any longer}, as a site tool... That person DOES live in TX..

And the ebay postings are members who get a percentage of the membership fee, for anyone they bring in.. That one MS page is not Heidi, it's an affiliate.. Jimmy Moore is one as well and is making a killing of his referals...

I was banned for questioning, in PM's with another member, banned as well, some ethical issues that were brought to our attention... We never had the chance to ask her, because she went in and read our PM's, in which we NEVER said anything bad about her or accused her of anything, after making a big deal about never doing that because of what happened to her at LCF...

There's so much more, but all the posters are nailing it, even tho they have no proof..

I trust you... So far everything that's been said, are all things we were questioning months ago.. Heidi has never met anyone in person, ever! She always had an excuse as to why she couldn't.. We were just waiting to see what she'd come up with about the cruise...LOL Her WW interview was on the phone as well, as was any communication with Jimmy Moore... And anyone else for that matter...

The pics can't be her.. I think it's a relative, posing.. The facial features don't match up at all! Not to forget she faked most all of the original B&A's on her site.. There's a thread on lowcarber with all of them, before she took them down, and one of the afters was even a well know model in Europe, but not known here.. The before was not her.. As were the others.. 2 different people, or badly stretched out of shape.. And she's always claim these people didn't want to post, but she would get any questions to them???? Plus the story writing style was pretty much all the same in each one...

I don't think it's all that scary or dangerous actually. Particularly for people who are carrying around their own food supply in the form of their own body fat. And it's not a "long term" plan. Just a weight loss plan which doesn't take too many months, hopefully.

It is recommended that you take vitamin supplements while you are not eating a good variety of vegatable and fruit foods, as in the Atkins program. And your body won't have to scavenge your own muscle tissue because you will be eating your meals of lean protein. You certainly won't be needing any FAT for quite awhile, as your body has many, many pounds of that!

That is very like how folks eat after weight loss surgery. Protein, very small servings, and very few calories each day. And the weight just melts off, just as it does for many folks who do the meat & egg (Stillmans) weight loss plan.

And certainly when a person is near goal and at goal they don't continue to eat the tiny amounts they did during their weight loss, just as with the Atkins plan or others that up your food and calories to the level that matches your needs for maintenance. I think the press (and many here) will focus so intently on the beginning levels of weight loss strategy, and completely ignore what the menus will be further down the road for life.

Kimmer's site and the photos may be suspect, but the weight loss eating plan is just strict Stillman's and "original" Atkins before he had to make it easier to make the medical community and the press back off a bit.

I don't think this way of weight loss is any more dangerous or wacky than a lot of them out there. People are big on buying "pills" that they don't even know what is in them or the adverse effects they can have on them. At least this advocates actual food. And fasting for days and even weeks has been used throughout history and in many cultures for all purposes, health, religious, spiritual, political opposition, as well as weight loss, cleansing, etc.

I don't do fasting. I'm too much of a wimp. But I do protein days quite often. I started doing them when I did Lean for Life. I liked that program, and I loved doing the protein days. So I've incorporated them into my woe.
