If "Kimmer" is somebody who has never run a business, there's no doubt she'd have her hands full with this venture, especially if it includes business partners. It'll be interesting to see where this whole thing is in a year.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I can tell you if I were on that jury, I would find her liable for fraud, if it were proved those aren't her. Liars and those who rip people off just to make a quick buck piss me off.

That is so general and vague. A good lawyer with a client with a pocketful of cash could get around that.

Jeez, can you imagine if she ended up in a situation where she had to "show herself" and she's been reluctant to do so in the past? "Being shy" doesn't work with a subpoena!

Ok, here is another question I have. I don't know this first hand, but someone said that when you become a member of her site (thus the reason I don't know this first hand) That you have to agree to some sort of a wavier from them having liability that would also include any Heirs of yours.

Is this True? If it is, that would scare the crap out of me. I still don't think it would hold up in a lawsuit.

No, just followers who say that the questions shouldn't be asked in the first place. From what I have heard, people on her site who asked those questions were banned.
