Rule on Dairy?

Perhaps I haven't looked in the right place yet, but I'm not seeing much out there on dairy for Kimkins. Is it a no-no or is non-fat/low-fat dairy ok? Not so much milk, but heavy cream, sour cream, etc. ??

You know, I don't know either!

I only know what works for me- that is, that I do much MUCH better with out it. I am lactose intolerant anyway, so I should stay away from it regardless.
