Is this goal attainable?

I have been low-carbing for a while now - and pretty successfully - but I've gotten sloppy lately and I'm looking into Kimkins for a new direction. My goal is to be in twoterville (under 300) by August 13th or so, and hopefully around 295 by my 40th birthday, 8-21. Is this asking too much? I'm currently lowering carbs from Atkins - I expect to be doing full-fledged Kimkins by the weekend. I am not the best at exercising, but my goal is to go to Curves twice a week and then other days, when I go swimming, to actually tread water/exercise in the pool - no more just floating. So, think this is attainable? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks! --Cris

It's about 48 days? it may be possible......there maybe days of stalling...but it can be done! Best wishes though!

Thanks for the encouragement, people! The scale is down almost 2 whole pounds from yesterday...and I'm just trying to watch what I'm eating - still had some mozz. cheese and such. I'm really going to give this a good shot! Thanks again! --Cris
