K/E is lean protein (i.e fish, shellfish, and meat/poultry) and eggs. Honestly, (and I may sound harsh here) I think you have to decide for yourself why you think it's ok to go off plan.... |

How about the regular Kimkins plan then? I'm just trying to find out the reasoning too. It helps me to know *why* I'm doing things the way I'm doing them and in my limited understanding of the plan so far it seems like having a few almonds (on kimkins) wouldn't blow it.
BUT, I could be missing a link or two in my "logic" lol Thanks guys! |

Gasp! I ate a few almonds last night and today to satisfy my cravings instead of going to Dairy Queen!
Almonds have to be better than Dairy Queen. I can't allow myself much variety or I will start justifying everything and I will be back on my Carb-addiction diet! LOL! Well, sugar free Jello will have to do! That helps when I have cravings. |
