can I use raw almonds in K/E?

If I just eat 10?

I think it's less fat than the burger patty I had yesterday. (lean-ish patty cooked with GF grill to further decrease fat)

So.... would they work? Just 10 eensie weensie almonds?

I'm pretty sure K/E is just lean meats and eggs! So i would vote no....but if you really want it and it's not stalling you..hey have it!

No.

K/E is lean protein (i.e fish, shellfish, and meat/poultry) and eggs.

Honestly, (and I may sound harsh here) I think you have to decide for yourself why you think it's ok to go off plan....

How about the regular Kimkins plan then? I'm just trying to find out the reasoning too. It helps me to know *why* I'm doing things the way I'm doing them and in my limited understanding of the plan so far it seems like having a few almonds (on kimkins) wouldn't blow it.
BUT, I could be missing a link or two in my "logic" lol

Thanks guys!

As far as I know, there's no nuts allowed on either plan until you get into maintenence.

Gasp! I ate a few almonds last night and today to satisfy my cravings instead of going to Dairy Queen!

Almonds have to be better than Dairy Queen. I can't allow myself much variety or I will start justifying everything and I will be back on my Carb-addiction diet! LOL!

Well, sugar free Jello will have to do! That helps when I have cravings.
