Starting Kimkins today - how much can I expect to lose in 5 wks?

Hi Kimkins-ers,

I'm a newbie... and hoping someone can tell me how much I can (realisitically) expect to lose on Kimkins in 5 wks, if I am being VERY strict?

(I am 5'5 and weigh 220, if that helps).

Biiiiiig party in 5 wks, and dying to know what is possible ;-)

Everyone's body is different, you have to just read the threads, find someone similar and watch them. No one can say what you can expect to loose, but a lot of people do loose 3 lbs. per week, now I am not an expert, or anything but if you read any of our other threads, you'll see. In the kimmer sticky she talks about how to lose weight the fastest, read that and it might help you. Good Luck!

K/E and Kimkins Quick Reference Info it is on the opening page of Kimkins diet. It is the first sticky, hope this helps.

I have been doing either k/e or kimkins for 3 weeks and I have lost an average of 4 pounds a week. Also, I have less to lose (15 lbs). HTH

15 lbs in 3 wks! WOOWIE! Today's my first, earnest day on Kimkins (K/E)... and hope I can do as well as u in 3 wks!!
