K/E - what are you averaging fat grams per day?

My fat grams for today are 47! Is that super high?? I put it all in my Fitday.

It was that mayonnaise I had at lunch - added 20 grams of fat.

Or is this the norm for this 'WOE'?

I averaged 26 fat grams, or 42% of my total over the last month. That mayo will really add up! I can't stand the fat free mayo though, tastes awful, but I do use low fat. Or if its for tuna at lunch, I use a tablespoon of lowfat sour cream instead.

I've never tried sour cream, but I agree about the FF mayo YUCCH!

Once I'm doing regular Kimkins I may have to suck it up and use a carb for Miracle Whip!

Thanks Wendy!

I use a carb for light miracle whip, not nessicarily for the fat but because I am allergic to eggs I will try the sour cream though that sounds good.

Ummm...I've been averaging OVER 70 per day

I guess if I start stalling or losing I'll have to lower that.

Based on my fitday, I've been averaging about 35-50 (about 40%), depending on how many (if) I have any eggs.

Although before kimkins I'm sure I was averaging much more, probably around 75 or so, depending on how much olive oil or beef I was eating.

So far this week my fat intake has been:

Monday 6-18.....27 grams
Tuesday 6-19....21
Wed. 6-20......45
Thurs. 6-21......39
Friday 6-22......18

I try to make most of my fat intake unsaturated fat. I use olive oil and eat the leanest cuts of meat that I can. Some days I'm better than other days.

I'm averaging 43g per day. I take 9,000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil and 4,000mg of Flax Seed oil (13g of fat) which brings my number up. I've been replacing the eggs in the morning with Jay Robb Protein power and that's lowered my fat intake as well as my cals. This week I plan to buy the egg whites in the carton and use those when I run out of protein.
