When did you hit your first plateau?

I'm about to finish up week 4 and I feel like I'm doing well with a combo of Kimkins and KE. However I haven't lost any lbs in about 10 days.
I keep hearing about people losing 3+ lbs a week and I'm getting a little annoyed with my body.

Tell me about your plateaus/stalls, etc.

How much do you have left to lose? Maybe your body is adjusting or at a good weight.

LOL I'm nowhere near a good weight. I'm 5'4" and 185 lbs. I'd like to get to 140. I've always been a slow loser on other diets but no weight loss in over a week on Kimkins at this stage seems strange.
I'm keeping track of everything I'm eating and the only thing I could cut out is a couple of tablespoons of 1/2 & 1/2 in the morning.

I lost two pound since last friday, and the two pounds were in the last two days. And this is just about the end of my third week. I also had TOM. Maybe cut out the 1/2 and 1/2?? You might have to experiment a little to get things going.

Start Date: restarted 6/1/05 M/E, back on the wagon 8-21-07
Ive been wondering the same thing. Some times I will lose 3-4 pds in a week then the next week nothing. Im trying to figure it out too as I want the scale to go down weekly.

I use fitday and try not to eat after 5pm unless I am starving. My cals are under 1000 most days.

I think I will try very low cals for the next three days to see if that will work. Typically I will eat mainly egg whites and salmon.

I think one of my big problems is chewing to much gum and getting to may carbs from the sugar alcohols. I got stop this so today I only have 2 pcs of gum at work and will not go buy anymore.
