Gettin' SNATTY!

I am at the end of Day 2 of K/E and I'm getting pretty SNATTY (Semi-Nauseous All The Time).

How long does the SNATT phase last. I'm fine with not being hungry (more than fine actually) but I hope my stomach is supposed to settle in a few days.

One more day of K/E for me and then on to Kimkins!

I'm sure it differs, depending on the person, but I notice that I'm usually feeling pretty icky for a good 3-4 days. Low energy, SNATTy, my glands even swell...But then it all of a sudden goes away! WOO!

I had no energy yesterday and today plus was very crabby. I haven't felt nauseous yet. Does that happen to everyone? Daisy are you in ketosis yet? I tested this morning and haven't yet.

I have never bought the ketosis strips but I hope I'm in ketosis!

Yeah, I get pretty crabby for the first few days/week. Classic withdrawal symptoms, I guess - nausea, irritability, exhaustion...near obsession like levels of crazy food cravings...

However, that's when you know it's working. And if the scale is moving too it's extra motivating!

Today is day 8 for me and I am still SNATTY. I'm dealing with it, though. So I don't eat much. That just equals a faster weight loss!

I am not SNATTY today but also not all that hungry. Was starving for breakfast, ate a couple of eggs and have been fine ever since.

I guess I experienced that this morning. While I was eating my breaky, I started getting sick and had to put it away.

Way to look on the bright side pudy68!

And congrats on making it through the rough patch Daisy73!

I'm on day 5 of kimkins and this morning I felt...hungover. Really weird. I was out last night with a few friends (took a friend's boat out on the lake) and everyone was drinkin' beers but you all will be SO PROUD of me, cause I kept my drinks to mineral water (one of those large plastic bottles of lemon perrier - I LOVE that stuff). So I just sipped on that the whole time...almost as good as a beer.

So, I went out for a walk this morning with the pup and I feel a lot better. Talk about a bum deal though, huh? I must be having sympathy pains or something...

I've never had the SNATTY problem. Thank goodness.
