Can you take a look at my Fitday?

I've been in Kimkim's since June 10, and I've lost 13 pounds. This week the scale seems to refuse to move. What am I doing wrong?

Here's the link to my fitday:

Btw, I made the "mongolian sirloin" marinade making sure there's no sugar in it, just a bit of soysauce, broth, onion powder, a bit of ginger and garlic (very small amount since it's carby) and just a splash of sesame oil. I also computed the nutritional info.

Thanks.

Maybe try cutting down on diet soda for a few days?? Sometimes that stalls people... but not everyone. HTH

13 pounds in 11 days is really awesome! Some days you might not lose pounds but the inches are still moving. If you want to try to switch things up, maybe try increasing your calories to around 1000/day for a day or two every now and again.

I noticed that on a few of your days, your protein intake is really high. Maybe you should shoot for a range. I aim for 70-90 grams, and I'm on K/E. After 7 days, including a cheat for a dinner party on day 2, I've dropped 12 pounds, so it's working for me. Here are my goals I use on Fitday:

Cals: 800 - 1200 (not even close to eating 800 cals since ketosis started though. I'm between 400-600.)
Fat: 0 - 50g (I'm averagaing in the 20's)
Carbs: 5 - 20g (I haven't actually gotten over 8)
Protein: 70 - 90g (I'm usually under this too...60's)

Unfortunately, there's no magic set of goals that fit for us all. I just know the above is working for me. I hope this helps you. Sorry if it seems "me" centered!

I eat well over 100 grams of protein a day too and Im in ketosis. I start to feel really hungry if I eat 70 or less grams a day. No sure how people are doing this.

If I eat salmon all day my protein shoots way up. The lowest protein food I can find are protein shakes or egg whites.

I would like to eat less as I think it would speed up the loss.

I only looked at about 5 days of your fitday but in those few days you had beef I think at least 3 times. Beef is allowed on KK but not the best choice most use it only occasionally beef is one of those things that can lay in your stomach for a while. I also noticed one time when I used soy sauce in a recipe that it stalled me for a few days it was the only thing I had different and most things don't affect me in that way. So I stay away from it now.
Other than that you're doing well and the loss to me is right on par.

Try taking digestive enzymes with your meat meals. It'll help keep the food moving quickly through the system and you won't have meat sitting in your stomach. It's working for me
