Really, it comes and goes with me. Somedays I forget to eat lunch and days like today, oh man! I eat an extra serving of meat and a big glass of water and walk AWAY from the kitchen. HTH

And, tomorrows menu:

B- tuna salad (0 carb dill relish, tsp mayo, dill seasoning, old bay seasoning)

L- grilled chicken w/ a little green salsa

D- baked meatballs (ground turkey) hold the sauce

I do:
1 lb meat (turkey in this case)
1 egg
1 clove garlic, or just garlic salt
some dry parsley
lots of italian seasoning

roll into 12 little balls
bake for 25 minutes at 375

Yum!

YUM-O! I may make those tomorrow (I've got some 90% lean beef to use but plan to pick up some turkey this weekend).

Grilled chicken or any meat (charcoal grill -- wonderful taste!)
Chicken or center pork loin chops baked in italian dressing
Just about any meat on the George Foreman!
Egg & canadian bacon omelet
hard boiled egg w/ mustard (sounds odd but I like it)
Canadian bacon, lettuce & tomato wrap

I usually steam my cooked veggies.
Love shredded romaine with a touch of italian dressing, tomato if feeling daring
any variety of lettuce -- butter lettuce, mixed greens, etc. There are some wonderful combinations that keep things interesting
tuna w/ mustard and a touch of Tabasco, sometimes wrapped in lettuce leaf

Hope some of this helps. LOL

I make chicken parm for a treat, it is baked chicken breast, cover with 1/4 cp low carb spegetti sauce, and 1/2 ounce of LF mozerella cheese. This is so yummy.

B) Hard boiled egg and 2.5 oz of pork loin
S) dannon low carb yogurt
L)4 oz grilled chicken breast (from Mcy D's)
D) 4 oz salmon filet and 3 oz shimp spritz with butter when done.
S) 1 serving SF jello mixed with LC yogurt
Calories 773 7 carbs

Plan for today:

Breakfast - 1 serving Hormel deli roast beef (no nitrates)
Lunch - 2 cups of mixed salad, 4 oz cold chicken breast, maybe some parmesan cheese
Dinner - "Shepard's Pie" Ground turkey with mixed veggies topped with shredded cheese
Snack - 2 tbl low fat cottage cheese (I used to hate this stuff, now I love it!)

Fitday say: Cals 681 Fat 35 Carbs 11 Protein 80

I take the time to enter in specfic info for all of my foods to keep it as accurate as possible.
