Technically yes if you use lowfat cottage cheese, and don't go too crazy on them. They have less than one carb each with eggs and cottage cheese being the only ingredients (tartar is 0 calories, like vinegar). It probably would not be good to eat cottage cheese by itself, but a little in things is fine.
