Exercise on Kimkins?

I have heard that exercising isn't required but I figure it is still better to exercise than not exercise.

What are you doing for exercise? I'm starting K/E today and did 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning to help kick things off.

I'm doing mainly cardio w/a little bit of weight training right now until I get more energy.

I run 3xs a week and (try) to do strength training on the other days.

I have a toddler so that is good for a fair amount of exercise but I plan to walk 20+minutes each day and get back to using a bit of weights for upper body strengthening.

Did you ever feel like you didn't have enough energy to lift? Before I started K/E on Monday I would lift 3X weekly and cardio 5-7X weekly. I just don't feel like I have enough energy to do my normal workouts.

Definitely! I really have to watch my calories (to keep them up!) or else I am like a log on the couch all day.

Mostly aerobic weight training like the Firm. Pilates, too. As long as my calories are up I have no problem with having enough energy to work out.
I'd rather eat more and make sure that I firm up as I lose weight.

I love to walk. Now that I am losing weight I find I can walk further than before and I am really enjoying it, the challenge of doing just a little bit more!

I also adore my Kinetic workouts, the game for Playstation 2 with Eyetoy! Have any of you tried it? Nothing kicks your butt like desperately avoiding imaginary balls on the screen, or punching and kicking the crap out of air while on the screen you are knocking down walls!
