Does anyone use....oh how to put this...
Hello,
I am on my 5th day of Kimkins and I'm doing great. I think I am in ketosis also. Anyway, I was wondering if there was something I could use to make myself go to the restroom, if you understand what I'm saying..... Sorry that it's TMI. But I was trying to find the info on another thread and couldn't. Thanks. |

I am really new here but I have read many of the K/E and Kimkins threads and it is my understanding that Kimmers used milk thistle daily to stay regular. I read somewhere that Milk of Magnesia (actually, I wouldn't touch this with a 20 foot pole after passing medications at a nursing home for years but that is just me) or even epsom salts works. I read somewhere else on this board someone else uses glycerin supps (they are pretty fast and reliable).
Personally, I take pain meds that cause troubles "going" so I often take stool softeners (colace). And if that doesn't work I am allergic to beef and that always has me in the bathroom LOL There are many different ideas that I have ran across over the past week trying to read through all the info here. I hope that helped (and didn't confuse the issue).

When I have problems in that area I drink this tea called 'smooth move'. It is in the health food of the grocery store. I drink it at night and then the next morning everything is a-ok! I think you can also get it online, I don't know about netrition.
