foods i am eating for k/e kimkins. are these ok?

ok..one more..

i went shopping at an organic market for a bunch of food for this coming weekend and was wondering if these were ok choices b/c so far this is really all i've been eating..

canadian bacon - trim the extra fat off
top round beef
chicken breast
beef round sandwich steak <-- ?
shrimp
eggs

cheese substitute that's really soy - 0 fat, less than 0 carbs
the pesto - 2 tbsp is 10g fat and if i remember correctly little to no carbs
salsa - i think 2 tbsp 3 g fat and a few carbs..
(those last three i use sparingly b/c i'm not a fan of plain chicken)

thanks - i really appreciate it!

Did you read the 'sticky' thread under Other Plans? There is one there for K/E & Kimkins. (which are not the same..Kimkins allows veges, K/E does not) If you've not read it yet, I'd recommend that you do. It will answer most of your questions. Read down through it and you will see the list of foods that are allowed. If it's not on the list, don't eat it....pretty simple. Now, that being said, if what you are eating is working for you and you have started losing weight, then...... Just be sure to buy the leanest cuts of meat possible, remove all visible fat and skin before cooking, keep condiments to a minimun (always checking fat and carb content as you seem to be doing already), and eat modestly. Most of us here, pick a way of eating (for me it is K/E & Kimkins also), and then make small modifications to it to suite our own needs. Just make sure that whatever you do, it works for you and you are losing weight. I'm sure you'll do great.
