Vegetarian Kimkins?
Is anyone on this plan? I was on K/E, but I hate the meat, so I am starting this today. I didn't pay the $60, shadowzip was kind enough to send me the list of foods.
I am going to find some good whey protein at GNC today - something that can be mixed with water ![]() Claire |

When I get sick of meat I use the Instone puddings. Found mine at GNC. Banana is good. Not sure about the others. If you eat eggs, boiled eggs are an easy meal. Also, I sometimes put chocolate protein powder, coffee, SF vanilla Davincis and 2-3 ice cubes in a blended for a breakfast treat. You have to watch carbs in the protein powders though.
