K/E or Kimkins?

On which plan should I expect the faster loss?
It seems that on kimkins not only carbs but protein is restricted as well, so is it more effective?
(have to look perfect next saturday)

I have seen a faster loss on K/E than on Kimkins. However, I do not usually stay on K/E longer than 3 days. When on K/E I just make sure to eat lean proteins, no cheese, and lots of eggs. I stay away from beef and processed meats and stick with chicken and fish for the most part....along with some very lean ham slices. Good luck!!
