I have a feeling our menus are so boring that there won't be much to post here Please prove me wrong gals!

I don't do breakfast, so...

lunch: 3oz tuna w/reduced fat mayo, .5cup lettuce, & chopped sf sweet pickles

dinner: team meeting at pizza parlor... salad & toppings from one slice of pizza

Mine is incredibly boring, but I feel satisfied and that is something I'm learning to be happy with. I have always ate for enjoyment- regardless of what the content was or if I was really hungry or not.

I do not feel deprived at all.

I eat :

chicken breast
eggs. I do eat them all ways, but lately I am enjoying them deviled. I use 1 TBSP of real mayo, 1 tsp of grey poupon, paprika, and pepper.

I also eat tuna and shrimp.

I have been eating 5 black olives the last few days, too.

I am going to be adding in salad and green beans at some point soon.

I like to put tons of spices on my chicken - or I drizzle 1-2 TBSP of light done right dressing.

Pretty dang boring, but it works for me. I also drink loads of water and crystal lite.

Same here. Isn't it wonderful??? Chicken breasts and tuna are my staples, with a salad and/or veggies if we're out. Usually veggies with dinner at home.

Are most of you doing KE? I don't see a lot of veggies or salads. I am trying to start Kimkins, but am having a hard time keeping it low fat/lean. My carbs are under control.

If you are following Kimkins, can you let us know along with your menu? TIA!!

I started with the Kimmer experiment. Yesterday I had 2 eggs with two pieces of bacon and a small steak.Today I had 3 eggs with 2 1/2 pieces of bacon and a sausage patty. Also I hope it's okay to drink LOTS of crystal light. I'm so waiting for the appetite to go away. Wish me luck!!

I did KE for 3 days. Maybe I did something wrong, but I thought you were supposed to stick to lean proteins? I skipped my usual bacon & occasional pepperoni!

Yes, skip the bacon and pepperoni if you want fast weight loss. If you don't care how quick it comes off, by all means indulge, but in case you misunderstood those things are not listed under the KE or Kimkins. It's hard to give up foods that we love, but I am learning (each day) that the number change on the scale is pretty dang empowering, especially when you say "no" to those foods.

I do plan to eat salads and other veggies more often, but at this point I am doing very well - and losing quick. The dominos are on my side right now and I have a very important event in August- so obviously the weight is pretty dang important to me right now. I think I might do a few test days and see how my weight loss pattern is affected when I eat salads/veggies.

I just wanted to post my menu for today...

Breakfast - 1 egg scrambled in pam, with 1/2 cup cooked asparagus
no lunch - I just wasn't hungry
Dinner - two cups measured salad greens, 5 ounces grilled chicken and a dash of oregano, and 2 measured tsp of parmesan cheese..

btw.. for those following, after a day of fasting yesterday... and today's menu... I no longer am having that severe nausea... and still in deep ketosis..

Kimmer Experiment - Menu for today (Sat. 6/10)

2 eggs over medium (at a restaurant, so there was a bit of fat in the cooking-at home I use Pam)
2 cups black coffee (dd's birthday, my "celebration")

8 oz canned chicken (white meat)
1 T hot sauce

2 extra lean hamburger patties
1 crystal light lemonaid

2 diet coke

I was hungry and bored with my food today, I usually don't eat the hamburgers on KE, but could not face a can of tuna.

I just started KE today. I messed up this a.m. My dh brings my coffee in the morning, and it had cream in it and I drank it. But I've been cutting fat since then.

Breakfast
2C coffee
3 eggs, fried and blotted on napkins

1 low carb (3g) protein shake post-workout (lifting weights), ice and water ONLY added.

3oz lean deli beef
1 HB egg, salted

I thought I was hungry so opened & drained a can of water-packed tuna, but I've only eaten half. It's pretty dry, but not bad at all. I guess I'll finish it later?

Your on track KE is only lean meats, so skipping bacon and pepperoni is a good idea.

I started K/E on Monday to try and get my cravings under control. I am down 10 pounds!!!!
My menu is typically
B: 2 eggs fried in pam or hard boiled
L: either 1 cup of diced chicken or 3 oz tuna with 1 tsp mayo and 2 tsp mustard
S: 2 hard boiled eggs (not needed because of not being too hungry lately)
D: Chicken, tuna, or fish...
I did have a 95% lean burger on Wednesday...it was so good!!!

I'm thinking of continuing through next week, just so I won't be tempted with all the fun this comming weekend, but if I get hungry, I will add a small salad.

MeganStar, your avatar is amazing!!! You are beautiful in both pics, but they don't look like the same person! Wow! I'm sure you've answered this before, but I see a little tummy showing. Did you have any work done on your tummy or are you one of the lucky ones who didn't need to? I am soooo impressed with your progress!!! Congrats on the 10 pounds! I haven't done K/E for any period of time, but I find kimkins so easy to stick to. I'm just never hungry!

Awww...Thank you! Yup, I had more than alittle tummy. I had a tummy tuck and breast reduction in 2003....about 45 pounds ago. It's definately worth it. I'm finding k/e really easy to follow so far, hoping to do good this weekend as well! Thanks again!

Ok. I am going to try the K/E again. I "BLEEPED" up last night, but it is over, I am moving on...nuff said. Want to really clean my system out & get into that deep ketosis Kimmer talked about. Really want & need the loss of appetite.

So, just lean proteins. Hmmm. Basic condiments okay, but no fat, so no to lite mayo? I am thinking plain tuna=NASTY.

Today:
B: 2c 1/2 decaf coffee w/sweetener
Boiled omlet (1 egg, 1 egg white w/1 slice bacon in it)
L: Rotisserie chicken (no skin, 4oz)
D: Same as lunch

Water/diet soda
HB egg if needed for snack

Just wanted to check in. I did a couple weeks on straight fish/meat/eggs w/some diet soda as a treat. For the first week+ I felt great and lost some weight. Then I had a major prob w/bathroom issues. Tried Vitamin C,
