Kimmer ....You are the reason

Kimmer,

I have to say ... if it werent for You I would not be celebrating today!

I am now in the 180's and it has taken me 31 days to dump off 20 pounds of fat. I as a VERY frustrated person who came back to this site after 2 years and found, and was inspired by your plan!

It took me 3 months, two years ago, to lose 13 pounds! Frustration set in, and I just quit! ... Gained it all back... and wore it for 2 years, knowing I had to do something...

But being totally afraid of the frustration and most likely failure again, I just didn't want to start all over....

I hung around here for about 2 weeks, before re-joining, only after reading and finding Your Kimkins Plan...You inspired me to try again!

I can't thank You enough! I don't care what anyone says about Your Plan... It works, it's tough, and it can be done!!! The best part is success... it happens and has motivated me more than anything else!

I will NOT give up and this I know for sure.... Thank You ....Thank You!!...

I don't know if You realize ... I hope You do...That You have changed peoples lives....

I don't know You personally, but almost feel like I do ... and I can tell you to put all the good things people tell You, in Your pocket, and keep them ...because You deserve many Kudos! You are a PEACH!

Susan

She's beautiful inside and out

Kimmer has been here for my entire journey. I've fallen off the wagon for months at a time and come back and kimmer is always here with words of wisdom, advice, encouragement and just plain good sense.

She does it with such knowledge and kindness that you feel she personally cares just for you!

Kimmer is a inspiration to many!!! I simply adore her.

Wow, and to think I was almost afraid to open the thread, LOL!

You're welcome from the bottom of my heart. I got another very nice message in a PM this morning ... you guys make all the time I'v spent here totally worthwhile.

It's only partially about what you eat, it's also about knowing how much you're eating. How many of us want to pick "medium chicken leg" or "baby zucchini" in Fitday? Trouble is, they'd both be wrong, but we'd try to fool ourselves ... except the scale doesn't lie.

Congrats girlie, awesome good job!!!

Thank You all for the Congrats!... The support here means a lot to everyone... I come here in the morning before work, and immediately after work, before I make dinner.

This Web Site has been my lifeline for this WOE. .... Susan

It just hit me that maybe I am not being totally honest with myself....Thank God for Kimmer to set me straight! I am starting clean...today. And I mean really clean, not my version of clean.

Salongirl-Congrats on your success!
