Kimmer, When does the weight loss slow down?
We asked on the thread below, but maybe you didn't see it? If you're under 150, how much can you realistically expect to lose weekly on Kimkins?

Me too.
I am tired of hearing "the last ten pounds is the hardest." Why should it be any harder than the third ten pounds? If it's all about calories and carbs, then if I slash my calories and carb counts again, shouldn't the final ten just disappear? Sounds logical to me but I haven't seen it in action. Can anyone tell me why? |
