What is Kimkins?

Oh I know WHO she is.... and I know about the M/E fast for 3 days. But I see many on that longer thread talk about going into Kimkins from that. Can someone tell me what that is? Some modified Atkins, but how is it modified? I'm so curious. Thanks!!!!

this was posted by Kimmer today when asked almost the same question

"Kimkins is based on 1992 Atkins.
Up to 20 carbs
Up to 3 cups of salad or 2 cups salad + .5 cup cooked veggie
Pick lean meat/chicken (no skin) or water packed tuna
Use just enough fat to make your menu work (watch salad dressing!)
No LC products or desserts
No alcohol
Don't pick a calorie level, just keep your carbs very low and your appetite will take care of it.

Some people also try the Kimmer 3 Day Experiment is protein only (lean protein, no cheese). It's purpose to get into 'real' ketosis ASAP, then transition to Induction/Kimkins."
