Carl's Jr. Breakfast Bowl & Kimmers

Does anyone know if the Carl's Jr. Breakfast bowl is ok to eat on Kimmers?

Not sure, but my guess is that its way to high in fat and calories to fit in with Kimmer's program....

Does Kimmer's count calories? I thought it was a meat & egg with as much fat as needed

I don't think her plan counts calories per se, but I do know that its not a free-for-all with fats....its using just enough of the "right" fats to cook or flavor foods.

Hopefully she sees this post and can add some insight.

Breakfast and Lunch!!!!! Take a look at the sodium count too. I'd swell up like a water balloon, yikes

The idea with Kimkins is to "severely restrict" carbs (per Dr. Atkins) so you enter what I term 'real' ketosis with severe appetite suppression.

If you're not cheating at all, not using any "net" carb products or anything besides protein & salad type veggies, go ahead and have the bowl. Enjoy it while you can (see below).

What's the catch? If you're following Kimkins, you'll lose your appetite between Day 3 & 5 and won't be able to eat a 900 calorie breakfast bowl ...

There's sugar in those things?

I absolutely love them and usually have at least 1 per week, sometimes 2. I knew the calories were high but damn.. 900? Maybe that's my problem lol.
