Hey Kimmer : what do you consider low calorie????

I printed off your answers to some questions you were asked a while back. And you had mentioned that you kept very low calorie and low carb. What do you consider low calorie??? I've been doing 1000 Calories and maybe 5-10 carbs a day and I only lost 1.5 pounds this week.

1000 calories or less is very low calorie.

Where you were carb-wise before you started? Just as some folks who are 'carbed up' before starting the 3 Day Experiment don't lose until the 5th day, you might be in that camp?

Or, are any of those 5-10 carbs in the 'net' form?

It will work. Watch. Trust your body.

Low carb since the last of January---I've lost 22.5 from 1-3-2005. I'm experiencing all other signs of ketosis--just not the weight loss. Maybe I'm just s-l-o-w??? I'm not ready to give up yet!!! The carbs I'm counting are splenda packets and if I add 1 Tbs of cheese on top of whatever meat I'm eating..

That's just an example of what I'm counting my carbs on. I also count one carb per egg ect....

egg with 1 Tbs real bacon bits
smoked chicken (DH made)
tuna with mayo

Calories around 900-1000
