Does anyone have any usefull information i have visited the site that they have for the low Carb Challange but that did not help!
Is there a list of foods that anyone has that are allowed?

A good place to start would be to do a search on "kimmer." You will find all kinds of useful information. This is what I did. Also, the current Woman's World magazine's cover story is "Turbo Atkins" which IMHO is "Kimkins"

What exactly are you trying to find out? From what my understanding is it's Atkins and watching fat intake. The list of acceptable foods would be the same.

Are you looking for help in planning menu's?
