I have heard this "plan" mentioned. Just wanting some info about it please. Thanks!

Kimmer is a low-carber here who lost a lot of weightvery fast. Many people here seeing her loss..have come up with versions of the way she ate.

There is a Challenge group on the challenge board that can give you specifics..called "Kimmers Way"

Kimkins is One of several of these revised..Kimmer Plans.
