i have been reading some posts and see people have been doing Kimkins. I just wondered what it is.

Kimmer is a low-carber from here..who lost a large amount of weight very very fast. Many reading her success have come up with "kimmers Way" or "Kimkins" combineing her plan with their own or a written plan.

You can get more info about her menues and low-carb plan in the challenge board. Theres a group there called "Kimmers Way" that are following HER plan or variations of it.
