? about after Fat fast...maybe Kimmers???
i just completed the fat fast and after 3 days lost 5 pounds.... For the last two days, doing induction and keeping the weight off... My ? is this.... if I lost 5 pounds on the Fat Fast, does that mean i lose better when i eat more fat and low calorie??? SHould i try to keep my ratio with higher fat than protein... I am reading about the Kimmers way and very intrigued but confused as to whether my body will respond..... I know everyones body is different but prior to fat fast i was stalled for 8 wks, using the traditional Atkins levels of about 65/35/5,could someone please help...
