DD Friday - what's on your menu?

B: black coffee, tea later. I allowed 4T 1/2&1/2 in my totals
L: pouch of tuna w/3 cups chopped lettuce, tossed w/vinegar
D: Hungry Girl "Outside-In Turkey Tamale Pie" (google it, simple recipe, looks good. I'm going to bake it instead of crock-potting it.)

386 calories; 27g carbs; 5g fiber; 37g protein; 14g fat

I am at work, surrounded by candy! I'm not worried that I'll indulge, but it's still a bit of a pain point.

B - I'm debating whether to have coffee with 1T HWC
D - FF plain Greek Yogurt + Quest Bar
S - My husband wants to walk to a local restaurant for a drink after the trick-or-treaters are gone. I may have a glass of wine. It has been an especially stressful week and I have stayed on plan!!

L - 80 calorie GY and an apple (180)
D- 2 slices tomato pie (260) and a lettuce salad w vinegar (10) or oatmeal with blueberries (210) depending on my mood

Happy Halloween all - we can have that fun sized candy bar tomorrow!

That's what I'm telling myself! Or something even better, since most candy just doesn't seem worth it. Still, going to be careful about walking by all those giant piles of mini-twix!

I know what you mean! One little bar would seem to be inhaled. I keep thinking large hot chocolate fudge sundae I probably won't cheat at all but when I do, that will be it!

Oceans of FF Greek Yoghurt, an eggwhite omelette, and now a dinner that is a repeat of Wednesday's thanks to a mis-labelled freezer package (artichoke bottoms in tomato sauce with red peppers and black olives and a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese).

4 oz. Alaskan cod with acv
mashed cauli with 1 pat butter
zucchini shreds with parmesan
So far....288

I'm hungry and could have inhaled the 4 oz of fish....gonna be a rough night. Will probably have a green salad later with Walden no nuthin' dressing.

I highly recommend the Hungry Girl "Outside-In Turkey Tamale Pie" .
I made a few changes.
I used green olives instead of black; added salt and pepper, chili powder and cumin; I cooked it on the stove, just used more broth (beef- not chicken)and simmered it until the cornmeal thickened.
It took less than 30 minutes from start to finish.
