In summary, an embarrassing quantity of FF Greek Yoghurt with various flavourings (flavour drops) with some mugs of miso soup and dinner will be a casserole of artichoke bottoms with charred peppers, aubergine and tomato.

S- Snowball (a regional type of snowball) made with a splenda syrup
